Today started with a bit of frustration as I noticed some new acne breakouts, a common symptom of PCOS. Despite my diligent skincare routine, these flare-ups can still catch me off guard. After a deep breath and a moment of self-compassion, I reminded myself that my worth isn’t determined by my skin.

breakfast was a hot cinnamon tea with honey and fried egg with two slice of bread I’ve learned that balancing my blood sugar levels is crucial in managing PCOS symptoms, and starting the day with a nutrient-rich meal sets a positive tone.

Mid-morning, I took a walk to supermarket down the street . Exercise has become a vital part of my routine, not just for physical health, but also for mental well-being. The crisp air and the sight of autumn leaves falling around me provided a sense of peace and connection with nature.

In the afternoon, i had an appointment with my gynecologist Dr Biggs. we discussed my progress, reviewed my latest lab results, and adjusted my treatment plan. It’s reassuring to have a supportive healthcare team that listens to my concerns and helps me navigate this condition.

After returning home, Dinner was a hearty salad with vegetable rice and chicken. Incorporating a variety of whole foods into my diet has made a noticeable difference in how I feel. I ended the day with a relaxing yoga session, focusing on deep breathing and mindfulness.
